Women’s health has long been overlooked in drug discovery, and the path to therapeutic progress remains complex, with insufficient R&D investment, limited disease understanding, a lack of relevant preclinical models, and inadequate clinical trial design and management. Women’s Health Therapeutics: Discovery to Development brings together drug developers, clinicians, and technology leaders working across target discovery, drug design, translational research, and the implementation of innovative tools and AI models, to discuss how the field can move ahead to launch much-needed, high-impact therapies. Join leaders from pharma, biotech, academia, technology companies, and investors to tackle the scientific and strategic barriers and make transformative treatments available for improving women’s health.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

Therapeutic breakthroughs in female-specific conditions including endometriosis, PMOS (previously PCOS), fertility, menstrual disorders, pregnancy, and menopausal symptoms
Advances in disease treatments that disproportionately affect women such as immune disorders, osteoporosis, migraines, arthritis, and anxiety
Addressing sex-based differences in major diseases including cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and dementia
Exploring novel drug targets, pathways, and mechanisms underlying female biology and sex-specific disease vulnerabilities and progression
Emerging therapeutic modalities and drug delivery strategies including peptides, biologics, drug conjugates, radioligands, and targeted approaches for organ-specific drug delivery
Use of AI-enabled predictions, advanced assays, and relevant preclinical models for understanding biology, drug response, and patient heterogeneity
Translational and clinical challenges in moving women’s health programs from discovery to therapy
Closing critical knowledge and resource gaps through collaborations, funding, and infrastructure partnerships

The deadline for priority consideration is September 11, 2026.

All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
